A Clean, Safe, Relaxing Place That We Truly Love Off The Wall is one of those rare places where everything just works. From the moment we walk in, we’re welcomed with kindness, and the energy is always positive. The staff is genuinely caring—Natalie at the front desk was amazing today, and Levon, the manager, has always been professional and attentive every time we visit. The space itself is extremely clean, organized, and well-maintained. I’ve been to trampoline parks in different cities and states, and this is hands-down one of the cleanest, safest ones we’ve found. I never feel uneasy about letting my child run, jump, or explore. I can sit back, eat, and actually relax—which says a lot when you’re a parent. Right now, I’m sitting here enjoying some nachos and pizza (both fresh and tasty), watching a game on the TV while my child plays and has the time of his life. The layout is open and safe, the trampolines are spotless, the arcade is fun and fully stocked, and the food is way better than you’d expect from a play space. They’ve got: A fun arcade Rock climbing and rope walking Bumper cars Spacious trampoline areas A full snack bar TVs and parent seating areas The pricing is reasonable, and the OTW Experience is a great deal if you want to enjoy the full range of activities. But what makes this place stand out most for me is the atmosphere. It’s not chaotic. It’s not overcrowded. It’s not stressful. It’s just a good place for families to come, have fun, and breathe a little. My favorite things are: The consistent cleanliness The warm, professional staff The great food and comfortable setup The ability to just relax while my child plays safely And most of all, how much joy it brings to my child every time We keep coming back because it feels good here. Simple as that. Off The Wall deserves every bit of five stars. Highly recommend.

We went there with a group for foster kids and kids adopted out of foster care. It was clean, and all the games worked well. There are plenty of games for kids of all ages. The trampoline part was great because it had an area for the little ones too. The bathroom floor was a bit sticky, though. Other than that, we had a blast.

Great place for kids, teens and adults alike. It’s a large warehouse style play place with mini games, claw arcade choices, and a couple thrill picks like the bumper cars, wall climbing, and high wire rope walk. There are different prices for amount of time that you will stay here which has gotten bad reviews. They have a large trampoline jump and play experience that the younger kids really love. We came for a birthday party and it was our first time here. I noticed a lot of bad reviews, but this was our experience. Personally, I think some people complain too much and I bet they never give good reviews. Anyway, it’s really not that cheap so just be prepared. You have to load up the card to play the games with the amount you would like. It does go fast though so I recommend coming in on the special days - crazy Tuesday is 50% off and Wednesdays and Fridays also have specials.Check out the website for more info. They have multiple rooms for parties are probably priced depending on their size. The one I went to was the largest party room with a disco floor and they also hired a Disney character for the party. The area does seem safe, although the empty lots next to it have a lot of graffiti on the abandoned warehouse walls of the adjacent buildings. I went on a Saturday, it was pretty crowded. But worth a try if you’re in the area.

A few days ago I went in and had one of the best service ever!!! A young lady by the name of Sara helped me. When entering I was asked to register my kids. She noticed I was having a hard time registering my kids ( keep in mind I have 5 kids) she offered to help me. Other places I have been to see people struggling and never offer to help so I was very thankful she offered to help. She explained the packages. After choosing my package she showed us around and checked on us throughout my time there. I really appreciate all her help. I will definitely recommend this place my kids had a great time!!

We went to Off the Wall on a Friday night to celebrate my Grandson’s Birthday (4yrs.), kind of impromptu (didn’t have reservations or anything booked), but Arthur and Brandon took great care of us! They worked it out and were so nice. The kids (and adults) had a great time! I will definitely be back just on a random day to take them again. It has a nice variety of options of things to do, which is cool. As a matter of fact, the Boys didn’t even jump, they just played games all night. A good time was had by all! Thanks Arthur and Brandon for making it a great night!

We had such a wonderful experience at Off The Wall Gamezone! My 6 year old had the best time and didn’t want to leave. The place was very clean, and the staff members were all friendly and attentive. During trampoline time, the team made sure kids followed the rules and stayed safe, which gave me peace of mind. On the ropes course, the staff was amazing they were patient and encouraging, always ready to help when my son or any other child felt nervous or needed a hand. This is a fantastic place for kids to play, have fun, and feel supported. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Off the Wall Gamezone, and I cannot say enough amazing things about the experience! They surprised us with an incredible custom Sonic-themed floor that had all the kids and parents in awe it was such a cool and thoughtful touch that made my son feel like a superstar. A huge shoutout to Brandon, our amazing party host! He was so attentive, friendly, and on top of every little detail. He kept the party flowing smoothly and made sure both kids and parents had everything we needed. Also want to give a special thank you to Dion, Lavon, and Saray every one of them was so helpful, welcoming, and genuinely seemed excited to be part of making the day special.
